I made this sound intervention to the project “The Cube” by Marina Merkucheva. It is a choreographic intention that, through a mixture of intimate memories and common life patterns of the artist, shows an internal struggle for external acceptance. Both the choreography and the music are inspired by Russian folk movements, a reflection of contemporary society locked in its fears and contentments.
